Return Policy

  1. Returnless Refunds 
      • We offer a 30-day trial on all orders below $100, so if you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment for orders with values up to $100 or a digital store credit. 
      • To start a returnless refund, please contact us at info@washnwhips.com. 
  2. Standard Returns
      • All orders qualify for a standard refund unless mentioned as "Final Sale".
      • To start a standard return, you can contact us at info@washnwhips.com. If a return is needed, you will be responsible for shipping the product back. Once the product is received at our office, we will issue a refund.

All standard returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization or an RMA number. You can request an RMA number by contacting the customer service department (info@washnwhips.com). 


Refund Policy

If your order qualifies for a returnless refund(see above), a refund will be processed immediately after contacting our customer support team, please note, shipping fees will not be refunded.

If your order does not qualify for a returnless refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 3 to 5 business days.
